Job Title: Sanitation Technician
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Sanitation Technician to join our clients team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of our food production line to meet regulatory standards and maintain a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Disassemble, clean, and sanitize production equipment and machinery
- Follow standard operating procedures for sanitation processes
- Use cleaning chemicals and sanitation tools effectively and safely
- Inspect and identify any issues with equipment that may affect sanitation
- Document cleaning activities and maintain sanitation records
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in food production sanitation preferred
- Knowledge of sanitation best practices and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
Shift:
6:30 pm to 7 am 3 days a week
