Job Title: Repairs Technician - Carpet Cleaning

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Repairs Technician specializing in carpet cleaning to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpet maintenance and repair, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. 

Responsibilities:

1. Repairs:

   • Repair carpet cleaning machines as required. 
   • Clean and prepare equipment. 
   • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical equipment problems. 

2. Equipment Maintenance:

   • Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of all carpet cleaning equipment.
   • Report any equipment malfunctions or issues for prompt resolution.

3. Quality Control:

   • Implement and adhere to quality control standards to ensure consistently high service levels.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of various carpet types and their specific cleaning and repair requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• General knowledge of warehouse procedures. 
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Prior experience with repairing equipment a plus!
• General mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment. 
• Must be physically able to regularly bend, stoop, move from ground level to higher levels, raise/life from ground level and maneuver (lift, push, pull) 40-75 lbs (pallet, cleaning equipment and products)
