General Overview: Apply powder coatings to fabricated metal products. Mixing of paint components to an approved formulation.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Painting and preparation of fabricated metal products ensuring all products are coated efficiently.
- Conduct color changeovers of paint booths to specific approved formulation.
- Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of all coating equipment.
- Bake parts at appropriate temperatures.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- All other duties as assigned by manager.
- May be assigned to various other departments when needed to meet company goals.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to read and execute work orders.
- Ability to pay close attention to details. Ability to understand the importance of mixing toners to an approved formulation.
- Ability to follow work instructions/SOP.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Dependable and committed to good attendance.
- Ability to adapt and change as business needs change daily.

Working Conditions:
- General distribution center working conditions.
- Normal hours of 6:30am – 3:00pm Monday-Friday. Subject to change at times. Some overtime required
