Key Responsibilities
- Operating and maintaining machinery like CNC lathes, press brake machines, and injection molding equipment.
- Conducting quality inspections on finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
- Performing fabrication tasks and assembling components as per specifications.
- Efficiently handling materials to ensure proper storage and organization in the warehouse.
- Collaborating with team members to implement lean manufacturing practices for ongoing improvements.
- Troubleshooting equipment issues and carrying out basic mechanical repairs when necessary.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by strictly following safety protocols.
Required Skills
- Proficient in programmable logic controllers (PLC) and CNC machinery operation.
- Experience in plastics blow molding, extrusion, and injection molding processes.
- Solid mechanical knowledge and ability to effectively use hand tools.
- Familiarity with quality inspection techniques and manufacturing standards.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to production duties.
- Understanding of best practices in materials handling within a warehouse environment.
- Preferred experience in machining, fabrication, or related fields.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting while maintaining individual accountability.
Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire
Shift: 1st shift 7 am to 3 pm
3rd shift 11 pm to 7 am
