Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Picking and Packing Associate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently selecting, packing, and preparing light objects for shipment. This role is crucial to maintaining our inventory accuracy and ensuring timely delivery to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from the warehouse based on order specifications.
- Pack selected items securely and efficiently to prevent damage during shipping.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for distribution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure that all orders are filled accurately.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in picking and packing or warehouse operations is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry light objects up to [25 lbs.]
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for order tracking and inventory management.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
